EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2013, ALL DISTRICT AREAS

1. Set up fee for all new or transferred accounts $25.00

3. Sanitary sewer tappers license - A sanitary tappers test is required for all first time tappers and renewed on a yearly basis

25. Unauthorized use of sanitary sewer and/or water lines-for any property owner making a connection without proper inspection or proper authorization $100.00 per day + usage/discharge
26. Special Wastewater Discharges-this shall include any off site generated waste stream requiring sanitary treatment.  The characteristic of the wastewater shall conform to the District Extension Policy Section V-Protection of sewer system. $500.00 min. + $8.00/1000 gallons

MASTER METERED AREA FEES

1. Re-connection fee (turn-on) charged when service has been disconnected due to non-payment on account or disconnection due to failure of the customer to comply with the rules and regulations of the District.

Additional requirements in Water Service Rules

For a tap exceeding 2" (4" - 12" tap) on any size line:  District will only perform tap.  No excavation, service line or restoration. Fixed charge is based on labor of two (2) employees with a four (4) hour minimum each at the current rate schedule. Additional requirements located in Water Service Rules. Plus tap costs:

15.

Water taps-all road bores less than 60' are included in tap fee. Any service line requiring a longer length of service will be charged at the completion of installation at current cost + 20% over 60' to the permit holder, i,e., 4-lane highways, wide road right-of-ways, ditch crossings, etc.
